dotNET lab works directly with freelancers, both on customer assignments and occasionally within our own teams. We do not simply forward a stack of CVs. Someone will actually read your profile and tell you honestly whether there is a match.

How we find the right match
Every freelancer in our network is screened before starting with a customer, based on technical depth, experience and way of working. We then align expectations with both you and the customer until the setup, duration and expectations work for everyone. This approach has helped us build a network of more than 1,100 screened freelancers, soon to be supported by our own IT4ITservices matching platform.
You are not on your own
Every assignment is backed by our own team of more than 40 experts. If you run into an architecture question or a security problem, there is always someone you can consult.
