What is a custom CRM?
A custom CRM is a client management system built around your sales process: leads, quotes, client files and follow-up the way your team works. It integrates with your accounting software, ERP or webshop, so the client view is always current.
What does CRM stand for?
CRM stands for customer relationship management: one system for everything about your clients and prospects, from contact details and conversations to quotes and follow-up.
What does a custom CRM cost?
That depends on your pace, the ambition of the project and the number of integrations. We work in program goals: every month we deliver a concrete piece of working software, from €9,500 per program goal, with a one-time program setup of €6,000 beforehand. The core of a CRM often fits in the first program goals. After an intro call you hear within two working days which track fits; the figure follows from the analysis.
Custom, or a standard CRM such as Teamleader or Pipedrive?
A standard CRM suffices for a simple, proven sales process and a small budget. Custom wins for unique processes, heavy integrations or licence costs that keep climbing. And there is a middle way: keeping your existing CRM and integrating and extending it where it stops.
Can you extend or integrate our existing CRM?
Yes, that is a full track of its own. We connect your current CRM to your accounting software, ERP or webshop and build the custom layer next to it for what the package cannot do. You keep what works and fix what pinches.
Can I build a CRM myself, for example in Excel?
For a handful of clients a list works fine. It breaks as soon as several people sell at the same time: versions diverge, follow-up disappears and integrating with your accounting software or webshop does not work. That tipping point is usually the moment to move to a real CRM, custom or packaged.
How long does a custom CRM take?
The core, for example client files and pipeline, is often there after a few weeks. After that we extend in phases with quotes, integrations or reporting, at the pace your organisation can handle. Your existing client data comes along.
